I loved this book . It was very suspenseful and mesmerizing! I would recommend this book to anyone.

Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah

I loved this book also. Has a great connection between sisters and family. People Magazine says ” Deliciously romantic and often heartbreaking, this is a book you’ll want to climb inside and stay as long as possible.”

Power of a Positive Mom by Karol Ladd

I loved this book. It really helps you in mothering and getting closer to god. I recommend this book to any mom. I give this book a 5

The Sweetness at the Bottom of the pie. A Flavia de luce mystery. By Alan Bradley

I thought this was a great book. I really don’t like mystery’s but this one is about a 11-year-old girl trying to solve a murder. It was very entertaining. I think this author just came out with another Flavia de Luce mystery book. I will definitely read that one too. I give it a 4.

The Girls from Ames, A story of Women & a Forty-Year Friendship. By Jeffrey Zaslow

I thought this was a wonderful book of friendship. I recommend it to all women.  This book makes you want to find all your friends and talk about all the good times you had with them.  Chicago Sun-Times said “(The Girls) story- while in many ways unique- is also in many ways universal..downright joyous…extraordinary.”  I give it a 4.

When a women takes an axe to a wall by Allegra Bennett

I loved this book.  Makes you want to tear down your house and put it back to back together, repaint all your walls and redo everything.  I love how every chapter is about a different women with different dreams that she will accomplish.  I give it a 5 out of 5

Flightless Gooseby Eric D. Goodman, Illustrations by Nataliya A. Goodman

My daughter loved this book, she also liked the cd we received with it.  Its a great story of friendship and not to be mean to others for being different.  Gilbert the goose is based on a actual goose that can’t fly. You can find more info at www.flightlessgoose.com
