I made these last year with my daughter.
Just made a great peanut butter fudge and a pretty good chocolate fudge. I happen to like the peanut butter fudge better and my husband likes the chocolate. They are both super easy and really yummy. I got both fudge recipes from www.allrecipes.com
Here is the Peanut Butter Fudge recipe
4 cups sugar, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1 (7 0z) jar of marshmallow creme, 12 oz peanut butter, 2/3 cup flour
Grease a 9×13 baking sheet or two square baking pans. I used wax paper and that worked too. In a sauce pan combined sugar milk and butter. Bring to a boil and cook 5 min. Stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme then gradually stir in flour. Spread into pan and let cool. I put mine in the fridge.
2 cups semi-sweet and 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, Dash salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
In a sauce pan over low heat melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Spread into waxed paper lined 8 or 9 in square pan. Chill in fridge for 2 hours until firm.
Lift out of pan and place on cutting board. Remove wax paper and cut into squares. Store covered in fridge.
