We have been in Colorado for three days now and its beautiful. I love the snow so it was nice when we got here it was snowing and then Sunday and Monday was no snow but today, lots of snow. So I made my daughter this snowman pancake I saw on craftgossip.com. For the nose, eyes and buttons I used chocolate covered sunflower seeds and the rest is pretty easy.
